the towers
This development is conceptualized as comprising of two key design elements: Towers and Podiums (see elevations).
Tower 1 consists of 23 stories, Tower 2 – 18 stories and Tower 3 – 16 stories. There are approximately 419 units in the development.
the podiums
Connecting the towers, there will be a series of 5 storey buildings, which are called Podiums. The Podiums facing west will have their main bearings toward the Maraval Parkway, which we will construct to serve as the main residential entrance. This road will run adjacent to the Maraval River.
The Podiums on the Eastern side will have their main bearings toward Damien Street.
