the commons

Along Damien Street will be a park, which will be called "The Commons" which includes a mini Amphitheatre. The community will also have an Entertainment Building which would include a Civic Auditorium, Restaurants and other forms of entertainment.

The first 6 stories of Tower 1 will comprise of office space with the remaining stories being residential. Separate lobbies and elevators for residential and commercial areas will be available

Towers 2 and 3 will all be strictly residential.

shopping

Below the Podiums on the Eastern side, will be a commercial area comprising of shops etc. The commercial shoppers will have no access to the residential community. Residents, can however access the commercial area via a controlled access.

parking

All parking will be underground. There will be 2 levels of parking; residential parking on sub-level 2 and commercial parking on sub-level 1. Commercial will have no access to the residential parking areas.

access

Residential vehicular access to the community will be via Maraval Parkway or off Hamilton Street. Commercial vehicular access will be via Damien Street. Pedestrian access via the commercial will be off Damien Street and via the commercial side of Tower 1.
