On Thursday 27th April the HCL Group of Companies treated forty-six of their administrative professionals to a series of stimulating presentations in celebration of administration professionals.  The celebration was held at the new Millenium Lakes Golf & Country Club Muscovado Restaurant in Trinicity.

Welcoming the participants was the Group’s Managing Director, Anthony Fifi , who spoke about the Group’s philosophy of continuous learning. He also focused on key elements of motivation and professional development, as well as the impact of transcending careers on personal lives.

The programme also featured dynamic presentations by Ramona Khan M Ed of the firm Brightside Consulting and Jo-anne Edwards, Professional Development Specialist and Certified Image Consultant.

Mrs. Khan, who has lectured extensively in Trinidad and Canada,  delivered a thought-provoking presentation on Emotional  Intelligence, while Jo-Anne Edwards gave participants a new perspective on Professional Business Image.
